1. Educational purpose — NOT financial advice

The Service teaches technical-analysis concepts and provides **simulations, pattern recognition,

and probability-based educational scenarios. Nothing here is investment, financial, legal or

tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. We are not** a

SEBI/registered investment adviser or broker. All analyses are illustrative and may be wrong.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Markets carry risk; you can lose money.

You must be 18+ and able to form a binding contract.

Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate

information. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Paid plans (₹150 / 1‑month, ₹399 / 3‑months, or local equivalents) are billed via our payment

providers. By subscribing you authorise the charge. See the Refund Policy for cancellations

and refunds. We may change prices with notice.

The trading simulator uses fictional symbols and prices and a virtual paper balance. It is for

practice only and reflects no real market, security, or account.

Don't misuse the Service: no scraping, reverse engineering, reselling, automated abuse, uploading

unlawful/infringing content, or attempting to break security. We may rate-limit or suspend abuse.

The Service, content, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You get a personal,

non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. Your uploaded content remains yours; you grant

us a licence to process it to provide the Service.

We use third parties (hosting, payments, analytics, Google AdSense). Their terms apply to their

parts. Ads shown to free users are served by Google.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we

are not liable for any trading losses or indirect/consequential damages, and our total

liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these

Terms.

You may stop using the Service anytime (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend/terminate for

breach. Sections that by nature survive (IP, disclaimers, liability) continue after termination.
